Baretraps Boots Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Baretraps Boots purchase. Our policy is designed to be straightforward for customers within the United States.

Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Final Sale Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please start a return for the original item. You may then place a new order for the desired size.

Refunds

  • Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

  • Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
